We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order, as our products — especially customized and printed items — involve dedicated production time and resources.
1. Standard (Plain) Orders
- Orders for plain, non-customized perfume test strips can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet entered production or been dispatched.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately at [perfumestrips@gmail.com] or [+91-9558688562] with your order number.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our return/refund terms, where applicable.
2. Custom & Logo-Printed Orders
- Custom-shaped, custom-sized, or logo-printed test strips are made to order based on your specifications.
- Cancellation requests for such orders are accepted only before production begins (i.e., before design finalization/printing approval).
- Once you have approved the design proof or printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as materials and printing resources have already been committed.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after production has commenced.
3. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
- Cancellation terms for bulk or wholesale orders will be specified in the order confirmation/quotation shared with you, as these orders often involve advance procurement of raw materials.
- Any advance payment made for bulk orders may be non-refundable once production has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:
- Order number
- Registered name and contact details
- Reason for cancellation
We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation based on its current production/shipping status.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Any payment gateway or transaction charges deducted at the time of payment are non-refundable.
6. Order Modifications
If you wish to modify an order (design, quantity, shape, or shipping address) instead of cancelling it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Modification requests after production has started may not be accommodated.
7. Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- The design/printing proof has been approved by the customer
- Production or printing has commenced
- The order has been packed or dispatched
